Your ticket is only valid at the chosen time slot. You are welcome to arrive from the time given on your ticket until 15 minutes later. For instance, if you have chosen the time slot 11:00, we will expect you between 11:00 and 11.15. So it is not necessary to arrive at the exact moment on your ticket: in fact, it is actually better if visitors straddle their arrival times as much as possible during the 15 minutes period.

Certainly: all the rooms are accessible to wheelchair users. Visitors who are unable to move around the museum unaided are permitted to bring one person to accompany them free of charge.
There is a disabled parking spot in front of the museum, although we are unable to guarantee that it is always available. The car park De Appelaar, close to the museum, has disabled parking spaces.
Two manual wheelchairs are available in the museum. Motorised wheelchairs are subject to special rules: it is mandatory to proceed at walking pace.
We regret that wheelchairs with an internal combustion engine cannot be admitted to the museum.
